Community Access
Our community access support is all about connection, confidence, and independence. Whether it’s getting to appointments, joining social groups, going shopping, or simply enjoying time out in the community, our support workers are there every step of the way.
We tailor every outing to your interests, comfort level, and goals—supporting you to explore new places, build social skills, and stay actively involved in the world around you. At JESC, we believe community access should feel empowering, not overwhelming—so we go at your pace, your way.
Schooling Support
Our schooling support services are all about helping children and young people thrive in their educational environment. Whether it's assistance with staying focused, managing routines, emotional regulation, or navigating social situations, our support workers provide calm, consistent, and empowering help—both at school and during at-home learning.
We work closely with families, schools, and allied health professionals to ensure support is tailored to each student’s unique needs and learning style. Our goal is to build confidence, independence, and a positive attitude toward learning in a way that feels safe and encouraging.
In-Home Support
Our in-home support services are designed to help you feel safe, comfortable, and empowered in your own space. Whether you need assistance with personal care, meal preparation, household tasks, or just someone to check in and support your day-to-day routines with body doubling, our support workers are here to help—on your terms.
We focus on building trust, respecting your independence, and creating a calm, consistent environment where you feel supported, not rushed. Every service is personalised to meet your unique needs, preferences, and lifestyle.
How it works
Connecting You with the Right Support Worker
At JESC Disability Services, we believe that great support starts with the right connection. That’s why we take the time to get to know each participant—their personality, support needs, routines, cultural background, and preferences for the kind of person they feel comfortable working with.
Instead of assigning whoever’s available, we carefully search for a support worker who’s the right fit. Whether you’re looking for someone who aligns with your values, lifestyle, and support style or is bubbly and outgoing, calm and patient, or experienced in a particular area, we do our best to match you with someone who truly gets you.
Because at JESC, it’s not just about filling a shift—it’s about building a relationship that works.
Once we’ve found the right fit, we organise a meet and greet, complete a service agreement, and get your support underway.
From there, we begin shifts and billing, making the process smooth, transparent, and personalised every step of the way.
